Returns
At CINNOVA TECHNOLOGIES LTD, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cinnovatechnologies.co.uk and include photos of the issue. We will review the case and work quickly to provide a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that banks, payment providers, and credit card companies may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
